For the twelfth year, the West Essex Regional School District has been honored with the prestigious Best Communities for Music Education designation from the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM).

On April 15, West Essex celebrated its annual Academic Induction Day, a beloved tradition dedicated to honoring our students. The day featured 11 different honor society inductions, recognizing students who have gone above and beyond in academics, community service, leadership, citizenship, and more.

It’s been a busy few weeks for our middle school musical & choir students! Last month, the “Spotlight Knights” traveled to Paper Mill Playhouse to see Come From Away. Just a few days later, our MS Choir traveled to Lyndhurst Middle School for the Region 1 Intermediate Choral Festival, where they were 1 of only 5 ensembles accepted.

The West Essex High School Dance Team took the stage in the WEHS auditorium earlier this month for its Hollywood Knights showcase, bringing energy and excitement to a packed crowd. The show featured a mix of routines that showed off the team’s talent, precision, and chemistry.
