Mindful Mondays

WE Middle School is excited to kick off another year of Mindful Mondays!  The program focuses on establishing a positive mindset and implementing strategies, such as triangle and hand breathing, that reduce stress.  Beginning November 2, this voluntary guidance program will occur every Monday for seven weeks.  To reduce screen time, each session will be divided into three sections:  (1) a brief lesson, (2) individual practice, outdoors if possible, and (3) group discussion.
