Coffee Café Raises Money for Special Olympics

Coffee Café Raises Money for Special Olympics

Students in Mrs. Manos’ class brought back their beloved pop-up coffee and snack shop from January 20–23, serving up smiles (and caffeine!) to our hardworking teachers and staff.

With half days in place due to high school midterms and the Pomptonian Cafeteria Staff off for the week, teachers found themselves without their usual morning coffee or granola bar. Seeing an opportunity to help, and to give back, our students rose to the occasion.

The pop-up shop offered hot and cold beverages along with tasty treats, raising funds for the Special Olympics. This incredible group of students raised over $200 for the cause!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported our students, and contributed to such a meaningful initiative. We are so proud of their teamwork, generosity, and school spirit!
